Games Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This notice applies to games developed, published, or operated by Deepwaves Technology Co., Limited (“Deepwaves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers our Games made available through third-party platforms, including TikTok Mini Games where applicable. It does not replace the independent privacy notices of those platforms.

2. Information we may process

Depending on the applicable Game and where applicable, we may process:

• Platform user identifier;
• Game progress and level information;
• Session and gameplay events;
• Advertising entry, click, impression, completion, and reward events;
• Device, network, language, and app version information;
• Diagnostic, crash, security, and error information;
• Purchase records only where purchases are offered; and
• Information you provide when contacting support or making a privacy request.

Not every Game processes every category listed above.

3. How we use information

Depending on the applicable Game, we may use information to operate the Game; save progress; deliver and validate advertising rewards; process purchases where offered; maintain security and prevent fraud; troubleshoot and improve performance; perform analytics and improve services; respond to support and privacy requests; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Platform information

Some Games may use a platform account and may not create a separate Deepwaves account. Where applicable, a platform may provide an identifier or related technical information needed to start the Game, associate progress, or support platform functions. We do not receive your platform password. Platform providers independently process information under their own privacy notices.

5. Advertising and analytics

Where applicable, a Game may use advertising or analytics functions. Advertising may include rewarded ads or other lawful formats, but not every Game contains advertising. Information may be used to request, display, measure, secure, and validate advertising and rewards, subject to consent and other requirements. Analytics may be used to understand sessions, gameplay, reliability, and aggregate service performance. We do not identify a specific provider unless its use for the applicable Game has been confirmed.

6. Service providers

We may use authorized service providers for hosting, platform operation, diagnostics, analytics, advertising, security, payment processing where purchases are offered, customer support, and legal compliance. They may process information only as necessary to provide their services or meet legal obligations, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the applicable Game, provide requested features, validate transactions or rewards, troubleshoot problems, improve services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Information may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or claims purposes, and is then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

8. International processing

Our company is based in Hong Kong, and our platforms or service providers may process information in other countries or regions. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international processing. Privacy protections and legal rights may differ between jurisdictions.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No electronic transmission, platform, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should protect their platform credentials and report suspected unauthorized activity.

10. Children

Our Games are not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet the minimum age required by the applicable platform and local law. We do not knowingly process personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If a parent or guardian believes this has occurred, they may contact us through the request page below.

11. User rights and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an advertising choice. Submit a request through our Data Deletion and Privacy Requests page. We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the applicable Game and verify the request.

12. Data deletion

You may request deletion of information associated with the applicable Game through our Data Deletion and Privacy Requests page. Deleting Game data or a Game profile does not delete your TikTok or other third-party platform account. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal claims.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our Games, practices, platform requirements, or law. We will revise the Effective Date and provide additional notice where required.
